We at Fagus GmbH are one thing above all else: makers. We rely on automation and the latest technology and are constantly developing ourselves and our products, but we also remain true to traditional craftsmanship in certain areas. On the one hand, because we are a company with a long tradition and craftsmanship is part of our DNA, and on the other hand, because we believe that a perfect end product can only be created through the interaction of man and machine.
With the restructuring of our company into Fagus Ltd. in January 2024, our team has become more compact and can be roughly divided into the following areas:
► sales, coordination and communication department
► model department for everything to do with lasts
► design and marketing, where ideas are created and come to life
► CAD/CAM department, as translation between man and machine
► mould making, which ensures the realisation of the final product
The change of location has made interdisciplinary cooperation much closer, and the new organisation has also shortened decision-making and communication channels. The newly created office space is now located directly above the production areas. The machinery can be seen from the office, and a well-lit area has been created for working on last models. Special features of a project are communicated transparently, everyone is involved. This helps us to be more flexible, act faster and solve challenges together.

January 2024 - Fagus GmbH is moving into their new business offices
The conversion involved significant planning, and the mould-making department was also restructured to accommodate the new office space. As the project progresses, each component is carefully positioned and integrated into the new premises, gradually bringing them to life. With our logo prominently displayed on the roof, we are now more visible to the outside world.
